Upcoming Solo Show

I’m very excited to head back to Chicago for my upcoming exhibition “Nihon Dream” 日本ドリーム 夢 at Rotofugi Designer Toy Store & Gallery. Most of the work for the show is based off my experiences of living in Japan over the last 9 months and inspired by the culture's deeply rooted traditions. I'm learning new aspects of the culture everyday and discovering things I would have normally missed on past trips to Japan. One thing that stands out is the undeniable beauty in nature here and the celebration of it’s seasons.

I had some custom Ema boards made here in Japan by a local craftsman. Ema 絵馬 are wooden wishing plaques found in Japanese temples and shrines. There’s a limited quantity that will be available at the gallery. Find out more about Ema’s history and traditions.

WonderGround Gallery Artist Showcase

I’m pleased to announce that I will be returning to WonderGround Gallery in March for an Artist Showcase and Signing. I will have prints and postcards of my personal work for sell all month at the gallery and will also be debuting a new painting inspired by Disney’s “It’s a Small World”, titled “Friendship Under One Golden Sun”. I’m also happy to introduce my latest limited edition print “Butterfly Wings”. I’ve relocated my studio to Tokyo, Japan and have been researching traditional Washi papers for digital printing. I was introduced to Awagami Factory by a friend and instantly fell in love with the wide range of traditional papers. The paper I choose for this edition is a beautiful Bamboo Washi paper. It has a natural feel and prints exceptionally well with pigmented inks. Each print is hand stamped with my Sakura Logo. This edition is limited to only 30 prints.

The new Jeremiah Ketner Fine Art Store

A few things have changed at smallandround.com to give you a better experience when ordering my art and prints. All limited edition and open edition print orders are now fulfilled by the fine folks at Threadbird located in Orlando FL. Shipping will be much faster and professionally packed. Much of my time has been spent shipping out orders every week so now I will have a little more studio time to make new creations for you. As the holidays approach there will be new limited edition prints released here, so please sign up for my newsletter if you would like alerts for the next release.
